Job Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets by generating order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as outlined in the sales plan.
2. Develop and maintain a customer focus list in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager and Local Field Manager, proposing focus customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, and market knowledge.
3. Identify solutions for customer needs, involving Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
4. Generate new leads through fairs and convert sales leads from marketing or other channels.
5. Conduct customer visits and attend industry events.
6. Acquire new customers.
7. Maintain and grow customer loyalty through regular interactions and visits, and protect critical business segments.
8. Foster positive relationships with existing customers to upsell the service portfolio.
9. Document all activities using relevant TR IT tools.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in English (B2 Intermediate), fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of MS Office and related tools.
* Proven sales track record.
* Technical understanding of PV Power Plants for consultative sales.
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
* Excellent selling, negotiation, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
Standard Requirements:
* At least one year of professional experience in sales or a related field.
* Experience in Testing and Inspection or a related area is preferred.
