About the role
As Senior SEO Manager – Organic Search, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing global acquisition strategies that drive inbound pipeline, boost revenue, and enhance Amenitiz's brand awareness. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with Growth Managers, Content teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver measurable SEO success.
Your mission:
* Global SEO Strategy : Conduct keyword research, optimize website structure and on-page elements, and lead content and link-building initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
* Technical SEO : Ensure site crawlability, optimize site architecture, resolve technical issues, and implement schema markup to enhance search performance.
* Localized Execution : Align local strategies with global objectives, monitor performance, and optimize for efficiency across multiple markets.
* Demand Generation : Collaborate with Growth Managers to align SEO with broader marketing goals, leveraging trends to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
* Performance Analysis : Monitor website metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Your profile:
* 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO and proven success in driving organic revenue.
* Expertise in Technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema markup, and resolving complex issues.
* Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
* Strong analytical mindset, project management skills, and a collaborative approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Passion for innovation and staying ahead of SEO trends, including AI-driven search technologies like Google Gemini.
