We are looking for a full-time export sales manager for our headquarters in Dosrius. The candidate will be responsible for managing national and international sales, developing and consolidating relationships with foreign clients, and identifying new market opportunities. They will participate in the creation and implementation of sales strategies to increase the presence of the company's products in the international markets, analysing client needs and offering customized solutions. Effective management of the client portfolio and collaboration with other departments to coordinate sales and logistics processes are essential for this position.
Requirements:
• Business planning and export skills to develop specific growth and internationalization strategies.
• Experience in national and international sales, with special emphasis on managing relationships with clients and business partners.
• Knowledge and skills in national and international sales to ensure the success of operations in both markets.
• Previous experience in similar positions in the textile industry will be valued.
• Good command of foreign languages is required, as well as negotiation and intercultural communication skills.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally up to 40% of the work period.
• Good adaptability and a proactive attitude during the exploration and prospecting phase of new markets are sought.
