The purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to delivery teams and their clients, focusing on operational support throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, campaign coordination, budget management, reporting, and audits.
Job Description:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage campaign timelines and provide operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure timely receipt and correct distribution of materials, meeting client specifications and quality expectations.
* Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
* Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement continuous improvements in client and campaign delivery processes for enhanced effectiveness.
* Support brand partners in campaign execution activities, including setup, traffic management, launch, and optimization.
* Assist with client and internal billing processes by approving invoices and reconciling media delivery with suppliers, resolving discrepancies within designated timeframes.
* Create client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed templates, such as post-buy reports detailing media delivered and actual spend.
* Provide additional operational support as needed.
