WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
• 4–6 years of experience as a Communication Developer Specialist.
• Strong proficiency with PL/SQL for backend development.
• Experience with one or more campaign management platforms, such as IBM Unica Campaign or Adobe Campaign.
• Solid knowledge of inbound and outbound communications, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and banking products.
• Proven experience with campaign development and web services.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good English skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, automation, and KPI-driven improvements.
• Excellent soft skills: proactivity, teamwork, accountability, and innovative thinking.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using PL/SQL and campaign management tools.
• Monitor and support campaign performance and delivery.
• Create efficient, reusable components for campaign workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and developers to deliver intuitive and impactful campaigns.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Implement new features and automation strategies.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in campaign management and marketing automation.
