As a Business Development Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. You will work closely with SDRs and the Customer Success team to build meaningful relationships, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue across both markets.Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full B2B sales cycle with a consultative, solution-based approachCollaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain a strong pipelineDeliver accurate sales forecasts and meet quarterly revenue targetsBuild trust-based relationships with prospects and clientsPresent value-driven proposals and engaging product demos (virtual & in-person)Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in Spain & PortugalAlign with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experienceSkills and Experience :
