The Role & Team:
Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and relationship-building abilities to serve as an Account Director for Service Providers. This role involves developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening current client relationships, and acquiring new business.
The candidate should have a proactive "hunting" approach for new logos and expansion within existing clients, leveraging their background in service assurance, network testing/optimization, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and influence within customer organizations.
The role requires navigating customer organizations to reach technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor, and expanding Infovista’s footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value.
Close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional Services is essential to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will also use their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, with Infovista providing a dynamic environment that rewards initiative and results.
Profile:
* Strong sales skills with a focus on results and targets
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or OSS solutions
* Proven success closing deals above €1m
* Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts
* Industry experience and key relationships with senior management and C-level executives
* Excellent communication and influence skills at all organizational levels
* Understanding of technical sales influence on business cases
* Team-oriented selling with proactive internal communication
Technical Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, OSS solutions, and CSP market dynamics

Required experience includes at least 7 years in customer/vendor relationship management, a proven sales record, and existing relationships with CSP leaders like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc. Travel up to 50% is expected.
