Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks of the Sales function, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to the efficiency and success of the sales team. You will support our salespeople, agents, and partners by managing processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high-quality communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the lead-to-order process and maintain accurate sales data.
2. Prepare quotations, manage orders and contracts in IFS/Dynamics365.
3. Ensure smooth communication with customers, agents, and partners.
4. Assist with customer visits, events, and service tasks as needed.
5. Follow company processes, policies, and safety standards.
6. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
7. Support the organization of customer visits and sales events.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities
8. Previous experience in sales administration or commercial back-office support.
9. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
10. Open, honest communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
11. Comfortable working with remote and multicultural teams.
12. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Experience with IFS and Dynamics365 is highly valued.
14. Background in multinational, machinery, engineering, or technical sectors is a strong plus.
15. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
16. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
17. Alternatively: Postgraduate/Professional studies in Administration & Finance, International Trade, or Sales Management.
Languages
18. Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) are required.
19. Additional European languages are a plus.
