We are looking for an Executive & Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director in a fast-growing medical devices company with international operations .This is a key role, providing comprehensive support to maximize the Managing Director's efficiency, focus, and availability, while managing confidential information and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams, subsidiaries, distributors, and global partners.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Managing Director's agenda, coordinating executive meetings, board committees, and international gatherings, while preparing presentations, strategic reports, and other essential documentation. You will track key projects and initiatives, organize complex international travel, and act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Personal assistant tasks linked to the Managing Director's schedule are also part of the role, alongside continuous improvement of executive support processes.
We are looking for someone with a strong background as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally with at least six years' experience supporting top management in dynamic, growing, and international environments. Experience in regulated sectors such as medical devices, pharma, or industrial is highly valued.
You should have a university degree or equivalent higher education in Administration, Management, Executive Assistance, or a related field. Fluent English is essential, and knowledge of French, German, or Japanese is a plus. Skills in Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma are desirable.
