About the role
Our New Business Sales team drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives are key sales professionals managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and activation. They own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach, aiming to grow our customer base rapidly.
We seek an Account Executive who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and close deals, owning the end-to-end process.

What you’ll be doing
1. Outreaching prospects through multiple channels, emphasizing cold-calling.
2. Developing and executing a lead-sourcing strategy by targeting key verticals and diversifying prospects.
3. Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upselling opportunities.
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily use.
5. Managing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling, while activating internal resources and engaging your team.
6. Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value.
7. Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies.
What you'll need
* Fluency in English and Polish.
* At least 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Strong literacy skills and attention to detail.
* Interest in building a career in a high-performance sales environment.
* Determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced setting.
* Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities to enhance customer experience.
* Curiosity and quick learning ability in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
