If yes, join our IT Corporate Solutions Department as a Senior IT Business Analyst in Madrid, Barcelona, or Lisbon.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Develop and manage the business analysis approach, plans, and activities aligning with project goals.
* Gather and document business requirements using techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
* Manage and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and prioritization.
* Analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and develop business cases and feasibility studies.
* Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
* Assess proposed solutions, conduct post-implementation reviews, and provide expertise during the design process.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand and address their needs.
* Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and communicate findings via visualization tools.
* Support organizational change management efforts for smooth transitions.
* Share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.
* Define delivery schedules, ensure execution, lead small internal projects, and coordinate across IT teams.
* Coordinate activities involving multiple IT expertise, suppliers, and develop internal customer and supply relations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* University Degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience.
* 7-12 years of experience in business analysis and solution design.
* Experience in large companies or recognized IT consultancies is advantageous.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to understand and document internal and external processes, policies, and systems.
* Broad understanding of business strategy, processes, enable technologies, and governance.
* Knowledge of BABOK, PMM, or solution design methodologies is a plus.
* Knowledge of key customer IT solutions or business processes is a plus.
* Certifications like CBAP (PBA) or PMI are advantageous.
* Ability to work virtually within a global team.
* Cultural and political awareness to effectively engage stakeholders.
* Leadership skills to motivate and unify project teams.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English; French is a plus.
