Powered by innovation and a passion for the restaurant industry, we create unique dining experiences across 11 countries.We’re part of the Tripadvisor Group and foster a diverse, people-first culture where values like “respect”, “ownership”, “growth”, and “better together” thrive.If you’re passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready.Discover life at TheForkManage designated pipeline, make outbound calls, and meet with groups of restaurants and chains.Identify and engage with key stakeholders (CEO, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, etc.)Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business deals.Position our distribution platform and value proposition consultatively.Engage with prospective customers according to their needs.Adapt customer engagement strategies to overcome objections and find solutions to roadblocks.Represent our brand and platform professionally and effectively.Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with sales operations, support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle.Demonstrate determination and resilience when facing obstacles.Engage with destination marketing organizations and trade groups to acquire customers.Travel to attend trade events, regional speaking engagements, and internal meetings as needed.Who you are?4-5+ years of sales experience, preferably with an online company.Native Spanish speaker with good English skills.Experience in the travel industry, especially with tours, activities, or attractions, is preferred.Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and closing.Proven track record of contracting new business and exceeding sales targets.Experience managing territory and pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and relevant local languages.Results-oriented with a proactive approach to acquiring new customers.Self-starter capable of working independently on initiatives.Energetic, flexible, organized, and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s Degree required.Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.What we offer youA friendly team (we try our best with jokes, though not everyone may like them).Permanent contract (beneficial for your stability).Flexible work environment with 2 days of remote work per week.Competitive fixed salary plus bonus.Lunch vouchers for each working day, supporting local restaurants.International team with over 30 nationalities and 16 offices worldwide.Inclusive working environment.Benefits for physical activities, leisure, family support, travel, etc.Access to continuous learning programs, including LinkedIn Learning.Free Calm app subscription.Work / life balance programs.Health insurance fully covered by the company, including life and disability insurance at no cost.Modern offices with dining areas, coffee points, and leisure zones.Team-building events, including karaoke sessions.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion.
