Responsibilities
* Implement company HR policies.
* Manage the Labor Relations of the Plants: works council, agreements, negotiation, relations with unions, etc.
* Manage Plant Personnel Administration area: payroll, hiring, personnel data management, dressing codes, presence control; always ensuring compliance with current labor legislation in all these matters.
* Manage the HR development area (training, selection).
* Manage the workforce plan: forecasting hiring, planning for hiring, monitoring, etc.
* Ensure compliance with the Plant Communication Plan.
* Preparation of reports and reporting indicators.
* Propose and manage the annual Budget of the Department, as well as expenses related to personnel.
* Representing the Company in Public Administration, and coordinating with other corporate departments (legal, purchasing, etc.).
* Promote and be a facilitator of participation, teamwork and communication in the different areas of the Plant.
* Promote actions on gender equality, diversity and other social policies.
Qualifications
* Fluent English and Spanish.
* A degree or equivalent in a relevant HR related subject.
* Proven experience of working in an operational HR management role.
* An empathetic and engaging management style.
