The role
Responsibilities
* Support for SCADA systems and control centres for renewable energy generation assets.
* Point of contact with the client for day-to-day projects and services at the SCADA support level. Includes ticket management, evaluation, resolution and escalation if necessary.
* Evaluation of internal and client procedures and optimisation of these.
* Coordination of activities with the client and support in management with third parties involved.
* Regular monitoring of the service together with the client.
* Resolution of third-level incidents (functional and technical).
* Preparation of regular service reports and project documentation.
* Support for clients and users in the use of Bluence and other SCADA systems.
* Training for clients and users, as well as identification and assessment of new requirements.
Skills and Experience
* Degrees: Renewable Energy Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, etc.
* Knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power.
* Knowledge of OPC, 104, and DNP3 communication protocols.
* Experience in telecommunications networks and cybersecurity.
* Experience in systems administration and database management: SQL.
* Programming experience: C / JAVA / Python, etc.
* Experience in SCADA and CC solutions.
* B2 English level desirable.
