The Alpega Group is looking for a Sales Operations Manager. This role will be part of the Sales Organization in Alpega, within our Freight Exchange team, based in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role
The Commercial Excellence department is vital within the Sales organization, focusing on best practices, standardization, and delivering excellent service to customers and prospects. We are seeking a leader for this department, the Commercial Excellence Manager, to help our sales teams excel.
* Manage a team of two based in Sant-Cugat, including an experienced Sales Operations Manager and a Junior Commercial Excellence Business Analyst.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team competencies.
* Ensure processes are current, efficient, and adhered to, including overseeing contract templates with legal stakeholders.
* Manage sales tools and oversee their development.
* Support the organization of key sales events, such as the annual January SKO.
What We Look For in You
Must-Have:
* Over 7 years of experience in a commercial-related role, including 1-2 years in consulting.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Ability to commute to Sant-Cugat regularly.
* Master's degree level education.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong Excel skills (report creation, formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Salesforce.
* Experience with pricing, contracts, and data quality management.
* Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
* Additional languages such as French, Italian, Polish, or Dutch.
