✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Proven experience in Oracle and PostgreSQL database administration.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies, both niche and well-established.
- Developer mindset with experience automating database operations using ANSIBLE.
- Experience with container administration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve your skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity-driven approach.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., FDA) is a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide third-level support for a range of database technologies, including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with managed service providers to ensure seamless support transitions.
- Automate database operations and processes using ANSIBLE.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Support change management activities, ensuring compliance with validation requirements in regulated environments.
- Work closely with team members to share knowledge and enhance collective expertise.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions to improve database platform operations.
- Administer and support containerized database environments and cloud-based platforms as needed.
