Job Description: Responsibilities
MMs directly contribute to revenue generation within their designated area, impacting overall regional performance. They are responsible for building and optimizing commercial relations with existing long-tail hotels.
MM's responsibilities include implementing the digital supplier model with hotels, maintaining and growing the share of long-tail suppliers, converting suppliers to core suppliers, and enhancing competitiveness through digital approaches. They focus on digital acquisition of new suppliers and recovery of existing ones, reducing 'cost to serve' while improving service levels. Understanding contracting tools and optimizing duties, improving marketing campaign conversions, and making approximately 50 calls weekly to optimize marketing efforts are key tasks. They participate in regular team follow-ups to assess portfolio performance and identify improvements. Hotel acquisition involves managing e-registration and onboarding of suppliers. They also contribute to our digitalization efforts, provide feedback on processes, and update interactions in Salesforce CRM. Managing a portfolio of 500-1500 accounts, they assist hotels with platform interactions and operational topics, aiming for a self-service approach.
