Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional first impression and building long-term trust.
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding small and medium-sized businesses in the adoption of advanced cloud technologies.
* Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to maximize customer potential in the cloud.
* Collaborate closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
* Gather critical customer insights and relay feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and product development.
* Manage customer interactions with a high degree of professionalism and negotiation skill.
Requirements
* Professional fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and advanced proficiency in English.
* 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer relationship management.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* A goal-oriented, proactive mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
* Bonus: Experience selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or holding a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
