**About the Role**:
Are you a hands-on ServiceNow expert ready to tackle technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions? We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team and take the lead in implementing, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a technical authority for ServiceNow, leading design, development, and implementation activities.
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure best practices in configuration and deployment.
Stay updated on ServiceNow updates and new features to recommend improvements proactively.
**Key Requirements**:
Proven hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, including development, customization, and integrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver them effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus.
Willingness to be based in Barcelona or relocate to the city.
