Who we are
NioForce.Com is a SaaS solution designed to help companies close the gap between strategy and execution. Of the few companies that manage to create a strategic plan, only 10% actually execute it successfully. NioForce solves that challenge by combining technology with a proprietary methodology inspired by OKRs, SMART goals, and Agile — supported by hands-on expert guidance and accountability.
NioForce launched in late 2024, already has paying clients and strong market validation, and is now entering a new phase of international growth and fundraising.
Your Role
We’re hiring a Head of Product with a strategic mindset and strong growth orientation. You’ll be responsible for shaping the product direction, scaling user adoption, and ensuring NioForce becomes a solution that users love, use, and stick with.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and an ownership mentality — someone who loves building user-centric solutions and knows how to combine data, design, and business strategy to deliver real impact.
What you’ll do
* Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and user needs
* Drive growth through product-led experimentation, user retention, and continuous improvement
* Prioritize development based on customer feedback and clear metrics
* Work cross functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and strategy to deliver consistently and quickly
* Identify opportunities for strategic integrations and (specially project management tools)
* Track and analyze product metrics, optimize user flows and key KPIs
* Represent the product internally and externally, championing the vision and impact
What we’re looking for
8+ years in product management, with at least 3–5 in SaaS leadership roles
You’ve built and scaled B2B SaaS products, led roadmaps, and driven adoption, activation, and retention.
Product + Growth Mindset
You’ve built and scaled SaaS products and understand how to drive user adoption, activation, and retention.
Ownership Mentality
You’ve led or co-founded projects and operate with autonomy and business awareness. You make decisions as if the product were yours.
Proven Track Record of Impact
You’ve delivered measurable results across key product metrics :
adoption, revenue, retention, or engagement.
Strong UX / UI Sensibility
You care deeply about building intuitive, usable, and attractive products. You know how to prototype, test, and improve quickly.
Data-Driven Decision Making
You rely on data to guide priorities, optimize funnels, and validate experiments.
Leadership and Mentoring (Bonus)
You’ve shared your expertise in communities, product schools, or accelerators. You lead by example and uplift your team.
