What will the role entail?
We are seeking a Multimedia Creative Specialist with expertise in video production and editing, as well as graphic design. We need a creative and innovative professional with a keen attention to detail and a strong interest in staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence tools that enhance their creative work.
The Project!
* Video Production and Editing: create video content for corporate events, brand workshops, and external and internal communications. Partner with internal teams to ensure all visuals and messaging align with the brand’s identity, delivering high-quality, consistent, and impactful materials tailored to each audience and purpose.
* Graphic Design: design high-quality visual assets, including newsletters, banners, flyers, presentations, and other creative materials. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand design guidelines.
* Creative Process Innovation: research and implement the latest trends in design, video, and digital marketing. Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to creative strategies.
* Experiment with new technologies, platforms, and AI tools to optimize content creation.
* Multimedia Project Management: work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan production timelines, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
* University degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, or related fields.
* +3 years of experience in similar roles.
* Advanced experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
* Proven experience in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva).
* Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactive attitude and curiosity to learn new tools and trends.
