Regional Sales Manager - Southern Spain– MedTech

Our client is a fast-growing French MedTech scale-up that develops connected hardware and SaaS solutions for physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinics, and sports professionals.
Following a €16M funding round, the company is accelerating its European expansion. As the Regional Field Sales for Southern Spain, you will be the face of the company in a high-potential territory. You will have full ownership of the region, building our local footprint from the ground up.
75% Outbound Field Sales: Active prospection and "on-the-ground" visits to physiotherapy clinics, rehab centers, and sports facilities across the southern provinces.
~25% Inbound Leads: Qualifying and closing opportunities generated by our marketing and BDR teams.
~ Consultative Sales: Demonstrating our technology and closing short, high-velocity sales cycles (approx. 4 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience, with a proven track record in the Northern Spanish market.
~ Hunter Mindset: You love being on the road, meeting clients, and opening new doors in a territory where networking is key.
~ Autonomy: You are comfortable working remotely from the main office while staying closely aligned with the Spanish team (Madrid/Barcelona) and French HQ.
~ Knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem is a significant advantage.
Spanish: Native/Bilingual.
English: French: A strong plus, facilitating communication with our French headquarters.
Tools: Company car/allowance, laptop, and phone provided for field operations.
