We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support two prestigious 5-star hotels Castillo Hotel Son Vida & Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel in Mallorca. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with talented teams to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns, engaging social media content, and creative promotions that elevate guest experiences. Hotel Marketing and Advertising

* Assists in executing the annual marketing plan in coordination with the Marketing Mgr as well as in coordination with the Food & Beverage and Operations leaders.
* Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
* Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns\' creative and media plans, particularly for rooms and F&B promotions.
* Verifies correct offer loading in coordination with the Marketing Mgr.
* Executes email marketing, and display advertising.
* Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.

Social Media Content Management

* Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
* Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
* Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.

Public Relations and Visual Asset Management

* Assists in coordinating the execution of hotel sponsored events, community activities, and press promotional activities.
* Supports pull through of impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.
* Works with agency partners to identify strategic media buys for their hotel.
* Supports the coordination of photography for digital channels, advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the regional field marketing teams.
* Coordinates photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the Marketing Mgr, DFM and Area Team.
* Acts as central point of contact for regionally approved local photographers for food, amenity, and property imagery; coordinates with area or cluster marketing to verify all photography adheres to brand voice.

Direct Marketing and Collateral Development

* Coordinates and executes Hotel and F&B digital and printed materials.
* Assists in the production of all property, F&B display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
* Coordinates the execution of F&B direct marketing activities.
* Verifies all collateral is as per brand standard guidelines and in compliance with Brand Standard Audit (BSA).

General

* Assists in the co-ordination and execution of all communications activities with a strong emphasis on property F&B promotions and campaigns.
* Assists with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s).
* Assists in the liaison and execution of F&B promotions.
* Works with DFM to verify the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.
* Keeps abreast of competition and its collateral, advertising, and marketing efforts and constantly evolving digital and marketing trends.

Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating between sales, marketing and other departments, as well as interacting with clients and guests.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and projects efficiently is crucial for the success in this role.
* Competence in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping and managing databases is important for smooth Operations.
* Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with sales, marketing and other departments to achieve common goals.
* The hospitality industry can be dynamic, so being adaptable to changes and new challenges is valuable.
* Attention to detail, precision is essential.
* Capability to conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer preferences and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
* Tech Savvy : knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Office.
* Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and Spanish. German is a plus.
* 4-year bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations or Business, or equivalent 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing or digital area in hospitality, preferably in hotels.
