Role Overview
This strategic position within the MAM team offers a unique opportunity to shape and evolve Forvis Mazars’ global audit methodology. You’ll contribute to innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of audit practices across the network, while supporting auditors worldwide.
As part of the MAM team, you’ll join a group of experts dedicated to interpreting new audit standards and updating methodology accordingly. The team ensures that guidance and practical tools are accessible to all auditors, validates the alignment of audit tools with methodology, and provides support to both auditors and regulators on technical questions.
You’ll play a key role in interpreting new audit standards, ensuring our methodology remains cutting-edge, and supporting auditors globally with technical and methodological guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and updates of the Forvis Mazars Audit Methodology (MAM) in line with regulatory changes.
Draft and structure sections of the audit manual, guidance documents, and FAQs.
Design, test, and improve methodological tools.
Respond to queries from end-users and MAM Ambassadors across the globe.
Conduct benchmarking to identify best practices.
Collaborate with the training department to align content and support delivery.
Support the development of Sustainability Assurance Methodology.
Work across a variety of sectors, from SMEs to listed companies, with a strong international dimension.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ISA standards and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS / US GAAP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and produce user-friendly content for auditors.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and pragmatic approach.
Creative and innovative thinking (especially around digitalization of methodology).
Strong training, writing, and presentation skills.
Team-oriented, with a proactive attitude and ownership of deliverables.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Profile & Requirements
5+ years’ experience in Audit or in a technical function
Hands-on experience applying methodology to audit files.
Sector-specific expertise (e.G., banking, insurance) is a plus.
Prior participation in MAM training sessions is an asset.
Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent is a plus, with experience as an Audit Manager.
