Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager at Bludger Construcciones y Obras located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. You'll be assigned full-time 9 to 18 to a specific construction site for the duration of the project, with subsequent reassignment to future projects upon completion, working closely with the on-site team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, and overseeing project control.
Salary range: 30-33k per year
Qualifications
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience as a construction manager. Experience in sustainability projects is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of interpreting plans, measurements, and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and specialized programs (AutoCAD, etc.).
• Class B driver's license and availability to travel to construction sites.
Main Duties
• Planning, organization, and supervision of on-site work. Required to be onsite.
• Control of costs, deadlines, and quality of execution.
• Coordination of subcontractors and in-house teams.
• Supervising safety and compliance with regulations on-site.
• Managing orders, controlling materials and resources.
• Interacting with project management, clients, and suppliers.
• Preparing monitoring reports and certifications.
