Space Systems Operations Junior Engineer

Space Systems Operations Junior Engineer position within Airbus Defence & Space in Madrid (GETAFE). The successful applicant will join the Functional Avionics Engineering Department (TSEAF6) that has direct operational link with the TSEAF department. The selected Avionics engineer will contribute to several functional avionics disciplines. In the short term the engineer will participate as operations engineer for telecommunications satellite coordinate ground processing software for optical satellite. The engineer will work closely with other disciplines such as MTP, electrical and system engineering to widen the satellite system view. This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
