Commercial Intermodal
On behalf of a global leader in shipping and integrated logistics, we are recruiting a Commercial Intermodal Manager to lead the development of inland transport solutions across Spain. This hybrid role combines commercial strategy with operational execution—focusing on expanding carrier haulage, optimizing multimodal services, and building long-term partnerships with key clients and inland terminals.

Design and develop commercial tools, sales presentations, and tariff structures.
Formulate and execute a robust hinterland development strategy, fostering relationships with key inland terminals and partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by offering tailored inland transport solutions to strategic clients.
Deliver regular reports and forecasts on revenue, expenses, and market performance to senior management.
Collaborate closely with the VAS Manager to help define sales team targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
Lead the creation and execution of a strategic business plan focused on carrier haulage growth and increasing the company's footprint in the intermodal transport market.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Background in shipping, logistics apprenticeship, or a university degree with a focus on logistics or marketing.
Experience in transport planning and operational logistics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maritime or logistics industry with a sales emphasis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with strong commercial instincts and a customer-first approach.
