Job summaryHBX Group is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping, positioning, and scaling our Marketing Suite offer and Travel Retail Media Network for travel brands. Working in close partnership with the Head of Product Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and strategic partners. It is both strategic and hands‐on, focused on defining clear value propositions, crafting compelling narratives, and driving effective go‐to‐market execution for HBX's advertising and marketing solutions.While the primary focus will be on the Marketing Suite and Retail Media Network, the role will also contribute to select cross‐functional growth initiatives across HBX Group's business segments.

The ideal candidate combines strong Product Marketing fundamentals with deep expertise in AdTech, MarTech, and Retail Media, a builder mindset, and the ability to drive impact across complex, multi‐stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Value PropositionPartner closely with the Head of Product Marketing to define, refine, and continuously evolve the value proposition, positioning, and messaging of the HBX Marketing Suite and Retail Media Network.Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated, customer‐centric narratives tailored to different audiences and markets.

Go‐to‐Market & Sales EnablementOwn the development of product messaging and commercial collateral, including sales decks, one‐pagers, playbooks, battlecards, case studies and other materials.Support GTM activation, including sales trainings, enablement initiatives, and close collaboration with regional and global commercial teams.

Market, Competitive & Customer InsightsOwn competitive intelligence across Retail Media Networks, AdTech, MarTech, and travel‐specific platforms.Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and new monetization models, feeding insights back into Product, Marketing, and Business teams.Bring customer and partner insights to inform product roadmap discussions and prioritization.

Partner & Ecosystem CollaborationAct as the primary Product Marketing point of contact for key technology and media partners.Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure the continuous development of marketing capabilities across the ecosystem.Support cross-team adoption of AI and automation to scale Product Marketing impact, improve delivery velocity, and unlock deeper market and customer insights.

Requirements:6+ years' experience in Product Marketing or adjacent roles within AdTech, MarTech, Retail Media, digital platforms, or marketplaces; travel industry experience is a strong plus.Strong understanding of advertising monetization models, ideally across B2B and B2C.Solid Product Marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, go‐to‐market execution, sales enablement, and storytelling.Tech‐savvy and analytically minded, comfortable diving into products, data, and operational details.Hands‐on, proactive, and solution‐oriented, with a builder mindset and strong bias to action.Strong business acumen, able to balance strategic thinking with execution.Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel.Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong plus.Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
