Our team is growing and we're looking for an Integrations Specialist to help drive seamless integrations for our clients.
How you’ll make a difference
* Technical guidance. Guiding our clients and their technical teams throughout the integration process, providing support and technical direction at each phase.
* Coordination. Acting as a bridge between Orquest's technical team, the client's teams, and the internal departments involved in each project.
* Operational monitoring. Coordinating and tracking integrations to ensure their proper implementation, evolution, and operation.
* Documentation. Designing, creating, and maintaining clear, structured, and up-to-date technical documentation.
* Continuous improvement. Driving continuous improvement within the department by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing new solutions alongside the technical team.
