Account Manager (Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring) Developing and driving trusting and productive long-term relationship with healthcare accounts in the assigned territory ( Madrid & Castilla-La Mancha ). This role centers on understanding each customer’s specific business need and providing tailored value propositions with our Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring solutions. Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables. Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions. Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improving contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions. Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions. Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation. Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a sales or account management role. Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results. Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account. Fluency in English and Spanish (local language required) For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
