What you\'ll sell
Job slot subscriptions and our ATS into independent hotels, boutique groups, restaurants, and hospitality operators across Spain, France, and Switzerland.
Short cycles — days to two weeks. Usually a single decision-maker: hotel GM, F&B; director, HR manager, or owner-operator.
Product-led: when it demos well, it sells itself. Our AI ATS delivers candidates so operators can focus on running their business — operators bleeding from no-shows, ghosted shifts, and chronic seasonal vacancies buy fast.

Volume matters. Twelve to twenty serious demos a week is the rhythm of someone winning here.
Who we\'re hiring
3+ years in SMB sales — hospitality tech, hotel SaaS, restaurant SaaS, PMS, POS, payments, HR tech, or local services
Demonstrable closing record. We\'ll ask for numbers, not stories.
You already know hotel and restaurant operators in your city, or you know how to get in front of them inside a week
Self-directed. Nobody is going to tell you what to do on a Tuesday morning.
Comfortable with — actively prefers — heavy variable comp
Eligible to invoice as a freelancer in your jurisdiction (autónomo in Spain, micro-entrepreneur or SASU in France, registered self-employed in Switzerland)
Native or near-native in Spanish, French, German, or Italian depending on your patch — plus working English
