As an Experienced Hospital Specialist Representative at IQVIA, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our partners' biosimilar products. Your responsibilities will include managing commercial activities within your specialist area across the North West region. You will engage with hospital stakeholders such as high-cost drug pharmacists, clinicians, and hospital managers to promote the uptake of our partners' biosimilar products, delivering value-added solutions while improving patient access and support.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure decision-makers have all necessary information for maximal adoption and prescribing of our partners' products. Additionally, you will gather and report relevant information to inform strategic decisions, establishing our biopharmaceutical client as a trusted partner in the biosimilars/biologics market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving Commercial Activities: Manage commercial activities within your specialist area across the North West region.
2. Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with hospital stakeholders to promote the uptake of our partners' biosimilar products.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure decision-makers have all necessary information for maximal adoption and prescribing.
4. Market Positioning: Establish our biopharmaceutical client as a trusted partner in the biosimilars/biologics market.
5. Data Collection: Gather and report relevant information.
6. Sales Growth: Drive the achievement of sales and market share growth.
Requisitos
1. Educational background in Life Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical, Medical and Public Health), or a Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative, with at least 3-5 years in a pharmaceutical sales role dealing with specialist customer groups at the hospital level.
3. Strong background in hospital pharmacy negotiations.
4. Expertise in rheumatoid treatments and biosimilars.
5. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
6. Willingness to travel within the North West region.
7. Full driving license essential.
Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Idiomas: Inglés nivel Alto.
Experiencia mínima: 3 años
