Develop and execute business development strategies targeting navy shipbuilding and offshore platform building in SpainResponsible for the projects as Project ManagerIdentify new business opportunities aligned with navy and offshore in SpainAct as primary commercial interface with:Spanish Navy shipyard procurement offices and technical directoratesOffshore shipyardsPublic agencies, suppliers, port authorities, and classification societiesBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholdersRepresent the company in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense/offshore exhibitionsLead opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture planningCoordinate preparation of RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for navy and offshore projectsEnsure proposals are compliant with offshore regulations, and contractual requirementsSupport pricing strategy, risk assessment, and commercial negotiations.Identify and develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and consortiumsSupport managing the projects in SpainEnsure all business development activities align with compliance and ethics standardsAct as a bridge between customers and Estonia HQ (engineering, management, procurement, legal, finance)Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product and service roadmap decisions.Provide regular reports to senior management on strategy execution and market positioning.
