Requirements include a minimum of 1 year managing customer portfolios (B2B), excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, experience with SaaS or digital transformation environments, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Experience with churn management and upselling is also necessary. Bonus points for experience in building teams, partnership sales, or HR/Payroll knowledge.
