To reinforce our Retail Sales Team, we are currently recruiting an Impulse & Convenience Retail Manager.Within the Sales Office Spain, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development of our strong brands, Biscoff and healthy snacking brands, through the Impulse & Convenience Retail channel in Spain.Responsibilities:
Translate the national brand strategy at customer level within impulse and convenience channels, focusing on product listings, assortment, and promotions.Develop our portfolio in this channel and expand visibility for Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with key trade partners such as Vicky Foods, Frit Ravich, Grefusa, and Repsol.Create targeted, customer-specific plans with partners to achieve joint commercial objectives.Lead annual negotiations with customers and establish incentive plans to increase distribution and visibility.Develop trade selling stories related to Impulse & Convenience Retail for our Lotus Biscoff & Natural Foods portfolio.Build and maintain an effective network within the market, acting as a brand ambassador at events and fairs.Analyze and interpret relevant market data for the Impulse channel.Collaborate with Marketing and Category Management to develop growth strategies.Manage administrative, logistical, and financial tasks in coordination with relevant departments.Build sustainable customer contacts, utilizing analytical skills, proactive thinking, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach.Location and Reporting:
The role is based in Madrid and reports to the Retail Sales Manager.Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Economics, or Engineering.Experience with external outsourcing agencies is a plus.Experience in C&C channels is advantageous.Fluent in Spanish and English.Strong commercial and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel automation, Power BI, and reporting tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a passion for building brands.
