Main responsibilities
* Support the rollout in Germany across Operations, Expansion, and Customer Support
* Manage daily tasks: liaising with pickup points, carriers, and end users
* Provide first-line platform support and resolve inquiries via multiple channels
* Troubleshoot shipment/delivery issues with Operations
* Collect user feedback and help improve the knowledge base
Core skills/experience
* Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing), based in Barcelona
* Fluent German (C1/native);
English/Spanish a plus
* Interest or experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer support
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset
* Previous customer service/tech support experience valued
