Experteer Overview As Operations Transformation Lead, you drive the AFEMEA Ops Plus transformation to elevate manufacturing performance through standardized IWS/O+ practices. You will mentor sites, build cross-functional collaboration, and push for rapid, sustainable improvements. This role contributes to Amcor’s One Amcor vision by spreading best practices globally and delivering measurable performance gains. You join a mission-driven team aiming to transform flexible packaging at scale and support growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead the Operations Plus transformation at selected sites and drive RTT/O+ journey - Diagnose plants, set aspirational improvement targets - Design and plan plant transformations within the O+ program - Serve as BG trainer and coach for IWS/O+ principles - Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and promote One Amcor - Reduce variability across AFEMEA O+ sites via RTT implementation - Act as Subject Matter Expert for your Pillar/DMS - Provide back-up support to other central O+ Leads - Coach teams to eliminate breakdowns and reduce losses - Conduct health checks and roll out golden operational standards - Own and improve O+ tools, standards, and best practices - Apply EY or O+ training in methodologies and tools - Engage stakeholders in transformation efforts and communicate progress - Mentor co-workers and support up-skilling - Ad hoc project support and readiness assessments - Contribute feedback during design reviews and readiness assessmentsResponsabilidades - 5+ years in Operations, Operations Excellence, IWS or similar manufacturing systems - Experience in significant change/transformation projects within manufacturing - Degree in science, technology or engineering preferred;
