We are seeking a Quality, Environment, and Energy Technician to develop, maintain, implement, and supervise quality, environmental, and energy plans for our centers, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, update, and implement Quality, Environment, and Energy plans for various work centers, focusing on startup projects in Spain and other countries, in accordance with certified Management Systems.
* Collect and monitor periodic reports related to quality, environment, and energy from centers in Spain and other countries to maintain management system certifications.
* Identify and evaluate legal environmental and industrial safety requirements, supporting the resolution of deviations and ensuring compliance.
* Create and adapt procedures to maintain the company's Integrated Management System (SIG).
* Supervise and advise centers on environmental emergencies, ensuring proper resolution and legal compliance.
* Conduct internal audits of Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems and technical inspections of projects to evaluate performance and implementation.
* Support external audits for certification renewal and maintenance of management systems.
* Collaborate on the development and implementation of management software for energy, environmental, and quality systems.
* Prepare risk matrices (QHSE) and support documentation for tenders to maximize scoring and secure new projects, including GHG emissions and Carbon Footprint calculations.
* Draft or review environmental communications for internal and external purposes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or similar.
* At least 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining management systems in maintenance, operations, or civil construction projects.
* Experience preparing quality, environmental, and energy plans, and conducting audits per ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 standards.
* Experience calculating Carbon Footprint and Water Footprint is valued.
* Valuable experience in water cycle activities, photovoltaic systems, or similar fields.
* Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention is a plus.
* Willingness to travel.
* Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
