About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Contract Manager to join our international Contract Management team supporting operations across Spain and Latam. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing commercial and legal aspects of complex IT service agreements, mitigating risks, and supporting the business with contract negotiation and project execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the contract lifecycle of IT projects, with a focus on risk identification, mitigation, and negotiation strategy.
* Analyze contractual terms and conditions, and advise internal stakeholders on commercial and legal risks.
* Collaboration with the delivery teams in scope / gap analysis, project governance, management of change requests, management of subcontractors, monitor of the acceptance procedures, contract interpretation, etc.
* Assist project teams and senior management in resolving contractual issues and disputes with clients.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices in Contract Management.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and other business units to ensure contract compliance and successful execution.
* Provide support and guidance to local and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global Contract Management strategies.
Requirements
* Minimun of 5 years managing a variety of contract relating to IT contracts (preferably as Contract Manager or as an IT in-house lawyer). Experience in monitoring and managing contractual aspects of IT projects is required.
* Strong knowledge of contract law.
