What will your challenges be?
The main responsabilities will be the following:
Articulate the Residents Project strategy that is directly tied to the business' medical sales strategies and goals.
Develop and execute country strategies with Dermatology Residents
Monitor and report on the implementation of the Residents Project Plan.
Develop and execute an overall program management and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processes.
Lead the Residents Project being an advocate for the cause.
Mobilize external stakeholders to join the initiative and/or support it and be able to liaise with broad and diverse audiences
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to make it happen, being able to delve into the details when required while keeping the broad scope and perspective at all times.
Manage teams of indirect stakeholders and external suppliers to create a sense of purpose, a motivating working environment and deliver towards the development of the core values of ISDIN.
Manage and adjust your initiatives within a budget
Follow your initiatives in the field being part of the medical sales team.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Experience: Minimum of 5-years of managerial level experience in Marketing or Sales. Preferably in pharmacy or healthcare sector
Education: Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similar
Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
