What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the iGaming sector
Source and attract top iGaming talent using industry-specific channels and networks
Screen and assess candidates based on experience, performance, and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the iGaming market
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience recruiting within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
Strong network of candidates across Casino, Sportsbook, Betting, or Crypto
Experience hiring across international markets is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Fluent in English (additional xpzdshu languages are an advantage)
