If you like to be involved during whole lifecycle of the project with your technical team to provide the outcomes the customer expects and want to foster innovation and best practices among your colleagues. /ppHybrid position (Madrid area, 2 days/week office) /ppIn a typical day as a Solution Architect, you would: /pulliLead multiple project teams of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration. /liliManage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development. /liliReview and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk. /liliProvide domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities. /liliDrive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization. /liliProvide guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members. /li /ulpEducation and Experience Required: /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or equivalent. /li /ulpTypically 8+ years experience. /ppKnowledge/Competence in the following areas: /pulliAAA Systems (Telecom): Experience with 3GPP AAA, OneNDS/LDAP, OAuth/OIDC, and related telecom authentication systems. /liliAPI Protocol Expertise: Strong in SOAP/XML, HTTP/JSON RESTful APIs, and API authentication mechanisms. Comfortable using OpenSSL for secure communication testing and Wireshark for traffic analysis. /liliFrontend and Backend Development: /liliProficient in Java for backend services. /liliSkilled in React for building responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces. /lili Experience in integrating React frontends with RESTful APIs and handling secure API communications. /liliUnix Scripting experience (shellscripting, bash) /liliSQL Coding /liliSolid understanding of relational databases and SQL queries. /lili Experience with MySQL and familiarity with distributed data platforms such as VoltDB. /liliRegex Proficiency: Able to create and understand regular expressions for filtering logs, parsing data, and automation tasks. /liliLinux Cloud Knowledge: Familiar with Linux clustering, basic cloud infrastructure (e.g., VMs, containers, ingress/egress rules), and system-level troubleshooting. /li /ulpCore Technologies from the Architecture point of view: /pulliExperience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions. /liliDesigning and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture. /liliUnderstand and work with: /liliIstio (Ingress/Egress, mTLS, Proxies, Control Plane) /liliKeycloak (authentication authorisation) /liliPrometheus, Fluent, Jaeger (monitoring, logging, tracing) /liliMySQL, VoltDB /liliKubernetes concepts (pods, security domains, CI/CD flows) /liliAnsible, Jenkins GitHub (SCM) integrations and RBAC /liliSecurity Concepts: Good grasp of mTLS, RBAC, security scanning, compliance checks, and logging/alerting pipelines.
