Position Overview Area Sales Manager (Spain Levante Norte)

Key Responsibilities
Achieves sales results in the geographical area assigned (Levante Norte: Barcelona and periphery, Galicia, Basque Country, Asturias, Valencia, Balearic Islands).
Follows bids and tenders in the territory in collaboration with the Customer Service department.
Negotiates with identified private groups outside of the assigned territory.
Attends congresses and events to promote Guerbet products.
Manages a team of sales agents and Key Account Managers (KAM).
Sets sales objectives, monitors results through reports and analysis, and coaches the team for performance improvement.
Spends time in the field together with the team.
Establishes and maintains constant business relations with key stakeholders, including clinical opinion leaders, hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.).
Requirements
Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders and competence in radiology and the healthcare market.
Experience in sales to public and private centers.
Full working proficiency in Spanish.
Intermediate level of English.
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
