We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join an innovative large-scale industrial project focused on the development of next-generation battery manufacturing technologies in Europe.

Role Overview
The Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in equipment installation, commissioning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operations. The position requires a strong technical mindset, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure performance, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure equipment standardization during on-site installation and commissioning, guaranteeing reliability, safety, and quality compliance.
• Improve performance of wire-drawing and assembly equipment through optimization initiatives and supplier coordination.
• Troubleshoot technical failures, lead upgrades, and provide technical training to operations teams.
• Manage daily process activities, promoting innovation and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Develop and implement training plans to strengthen technical capabilities within the mechanical engineering team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles (hydraulics, pneumatics), assembly processes, and mechanical materials selection.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
• Adaptability to dynamic, multicultural industrial environments. xpzdshu
