We are currently recruiting an HR Analyst as part of our growth and expansion. You will be responsible for monitoring retention and turnover trends, as well as providing detailed analysis to internal teams. You will be involved in designing compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. The ability to support strategies that enhance the HR department's overall efficiency will be required to be successful in this role. As key responsibilities, we can highlight :
Check day-to-day HR activities versus staff cost budgetTrack staff cost changesMaintain HR records within HR SystemOversee and align data entries in the systemsFollow up on approval processes (hiring, exits, budget…)Support organizational updatesReport on key metrics such as retention, time to fill, turnover, and costsAssist in the control of the HR department's budgetAssess employee surveys, management feedback, and performance reviewsDefine training programsOur ideal candidate for the role will have :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of prior work experience in HRAnalytical and highly organizedProficient in MS OfficeFamiliarity with HRM systemsExcellent presentation skillsCritical advanced level of English (C1)Extraordinary attention to detail and organization / planning skills, able to meet deadlinesAbility to work in a changing environmentEvidence of practicing a high level of confidentialityJ-18808-Ljbffr
