Your primary objective is to scale our global market penetration, with 95% of your focus targeted internationally.Ecosystem Architecture: Vet and onboard top-tier international partners, strategically mapping territories to ensure optimal coverage without brand dilution.Performance Leadership: Act as a demanding yet service-oriented leader, elevating VARs to perform at their peak and ensuring they are equipped to represent a premium solution.Enforce strict 90-day volume forecasting to align our global supply chain and inventory projections.We are looking for a high-trajectory professional ready to step into the lead commercial seat.Experience: 5+ years in B2B channel sales or distributor network management, specifically scaling international operations in AgTech, agricultural machinery, or industrial IoT.Mandatory fluent English and native-level Spanish.Ability to evaluate international partners, optimize network quality through rigorous performance standards, and organize complex multi-region networks.Cultural Agility: The ability to build distribution networks across diverse global markets while maintaining a physical presence in our Girona HQ 2 days per week.
