We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The idóneo candidate will have the opportunity to work on an international project, closely collaborating with an international team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions within SuccessFactors.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in EC and related modules.
- Design and document functional specifications, data migration templates, and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware tools.
- Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with business stakeholders.
- Provide post go-live support, system optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.

Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in SAP Projects as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR master data, position management, time off, and workflows.
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
additional languages are a plus.
