You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life across 100+ doors, working closely with Beauty Advisors and store teams to drive sell-out, elevate product knowledge, and maximise in-store performance.You are the face of the brand this role requires confidence, credibility, and proven experience operating within Sephora or similar environments.️ Key Responsibilities- Own field sales & education strategy and execution across your territory- Visit 140+ retail doors, delivering impactful in-store support- Lead engaging product training sessions for Beauty Advisors and store leadership- Drive sales through side-by-side selling, coaching, and activations- Build strong, lasting relationships with Sephora teams and retail partners- Ensure exceptional in-store standards and brand visibility- Gather competitor insights and provide actionable field feedback- Support key launches, events, and peak trading periods- Travel extensively this is a true field-based roleEssential Experience (Non-Negotiable)- Proven field sales experience within the Beauty industry- Direct experience working with Sephora is a MUST- Demonstrated success driving sell-out within multi-door retail environments- Strong background in beauty education and in-store training deliveryWhat We’re Looking For- Confident, credible communicator who can influence and inspire in-store teams- A natural relationship builder with store managers and Beauty Advisors- Highly organised and self-driven comfortable working independently on the road- Commercially minded with a clear focus on sales performance and results- Passionate about beauty, storytelling, and delivering exceptional brand experiencesLocations Available- Paris- Milan- Madrid
