Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll update full schedule for medium and high critcality projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Operations, Sub Systems Manager and Chief of Development), be the central connector of project interfaces and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the project schedule (internal and external), but also ensure the consistency of all the internal and external stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

* Update full schedule for medium and high criticality projects
* Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), or Sub-System Manager (SSM),
* Serves as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
* Is a visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellence.
* Communicates efficiently at any level, adapting the communication to the audience both verbally and written.
* Owns the time management topic for their area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision-making and ensure the expected On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance of the project (tender, contract, or program execution),
* Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule (internal and external) for his/her area,
* Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments for their area, and manages the schedules interfaces,
* Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues of their area,
* Organise and lead periodic project schedule sessions for his area,
* Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline,
* Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule.
* Prepare schedule and progress reports.
* Provide support to sub-system manager on all issues related to sub-system project schedule (if applicable),
* Understand the risks linked to configuration changes, along with needed retrofits,

* Engineering or Business Degree.
* High Level in English is a must
* Minimun 4 years of experience as Project Planning
* Knowledge of a scheduling tool (MSP, P6, Planisware)
* Knowledge of project scheduling theory.
* Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool
* Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

At CREADIS, our project managers sit at the center of innovation-bringing together multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex challenges across industries such as Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Defense.

This role is open to candidates based in Spain (hybrid), Florida (USA), or Chennai (India).

In this role, you will lead projects from early definition to final delivery, ensuring strong collaboration between engineers, customers, and suppliers while delivering results that meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. You will play a key role in turning technical expertise into successful project outcomes.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, collaboration, and delivery.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering projects that range from defined engineering packages to full turnkey solutions. Your responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and automation disciplines.

Success in this role requires strong structure, clear communication, and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward. You will drive progress through planning, proactive risk management, and transparent collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

* You will take ownership of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
* You will establish clear project execution plans and reporting structures, managing risks, issues, and changes to maintain project momentum.
* You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
* You will maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through structured communication, decision-making, and progress reporting.
* You will ensure projects follow CREADIS governance frameworks, including stage-gate processes, Communities of Practice, and ISO-aligned quality assurance practices.

Your Profile

* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* You bring approximately 4–7 years of experience managing engineering, technology, or industrial projects. Experience from industries such as Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Defense, or similar technical sectors is considered an advantage.
* You are comfortable coordinating stakeholders across disciplines and communicating clearly with customers, suppliers, and technical teams.
* You have strong planning and financial management skills and are experienced in managing budgets, forecasts, and project risks.
* Professional project management certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or IPMA are an advantage.
* Fluent English is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Tamil, or Hindi may be beneficial depending on location.
* You are willing to travel internationally when required by projects.

Experience needed:

* +5 years of experience in PM roles.
* +3 years participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
* Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
* Medium – high level of English.
