This role focuses on managing new and existing clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and maximizing long-term client value. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliServe as the primary point of contact for existing clients /liliBuild and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and trading activity /liliAnalyze client behavior to identify opportunities for increased engagement, deposits, and trading volume /liliProactively re-engage inactive or dormant clients /liliKeep clients informed of promotions, campaigns, and market updates /liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams on retention strategies /liliMonitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner /liliAchieve KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and client activity /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications Requirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. /lili1–3 years of experience in Client Retention, Sales, or Account Management (Forex/industry preferred). /liliStrong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms (MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 preferred). /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities (English, Chinese, German, etc.) are a plus. /liliAbility to analyze client activity and develop effective engagement strategies. /liliResults-driven, with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs. /liliStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. /liliAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul
